The Colfax Marathon is a premier marathon, half-marathon, 10 mile, five-person Marathon Relay race and 5k which will be held on May 19, 2013. Established by the cities of Aurora, Denver and Lakewood to encourage Coloradans to be healthier, the marathon has established itself as an iconic race for the mile-high city. They support local charities and nonprofits by providing one of the country’s biggest fund-raising platforms through their Charity Partners Program. In 2010 over 1060 runners chose to run and raise pledges for a total of 41 charity partners.
4/7/13: Rudi's Organic Boulder Spring Half Marathon, 10 Mile & 5 mile event
Boulder Marathon LLC produces the two finest distance running events in the State of Colorado each year: The Rudi's Organic Boulder Marathon, Half Marathon & 5 Mile (taking place on 9/22/13) as well as the Rudi's Organic Boulder Spring Half Marathon, 10 Mile & 5 mile event on 4/7/13. The Subaru Elephant Rock Cycling Festival is the unofficial start to the Colorado cycling season. You will not want to miss the excitement and camaraderie of the 26th annual pilgrimage to Castle Rock for the Rocky Mountain region’s premier cycling festival, a Rocky Mountain tradition. 7/20/13 - 7/22/13: Courage Classic, Copper Mountain, CO
The annual Children's Hospital Courage Classic is a 157-mile ride through Summit County in the Colorado mountains. The bike ride raises money for Children’s Hospital Colorado, and fundraising by the Miles for Tuesday team goes specifically to the Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders.
Miles for Tuesday rides with the Wheels of Justice team. Last year the Wheels of Justice team raised $310,000 for the oncology department at Children's Hospital Colorado.
